This consists of four steps, resulting in a brand platform that is clearly laid out, fully visualised and ready for the company to implement internally and externally.

Brand analysis
Kunde & Co uses brand analysis to provide a snapshot of the brand's current position and not least to gain input for future directions in which it would be relevant and credible to position the brand. In addition to traditional business and market intelligence, our analytical services cover a range of unique test methodologies, which provide the client with a unique insight into and understanding of the brand's position and opportunities.

Brand positioning and strategy
Based on the brand analysis and an identification of the strategic marketing challenges facing the client, we identify and develop the brand position and brand concept. We describe the brand position, express its essence in one short sentence, and explain how the position affects the company's products, profile, organisation and communication. Moreover, we outline how the brand is to be communicated visually. This might include logo design, graphic guidelines, ads with a creative dramatisation of the position, conceptual brochures, etc. Also, we develop the brand strategy and describe and visualise its elements.

Brand alignment and management
A successful internal implementation of the brand position and strategy is essential for the company to reap the rewards of the brand project. It is a challenge that is particularly vital for multinational projects. Kunde & Co uses several methods to anchor the brand internally. We involve key stakeholders from the very beginning, making the brand process transparent. We develop implementation activities and internal communication to involve and commit the entire organisation and explain the brand, its importance and the employees' vital role in ensuring the company delivers on the desired brand position. Finally, we prepare brand management tools such as brand books and design manuals.
